urge-s asked: Just thought I'd say, killing yourself isn't the answer. Dieting isn't the only thing you need to lose weight, you have to exercise and eat the right foods before you exercise. eating the correct proportions of foods helps too. As far as the metabolism goes whole grains like oatmeal and wheat bread, green tea, apples and pears, broccoli, grapefruits are all different foods that speed up your metabolism. I'm sure you're perfect <3 Losing weight takes time don't give up :).

I need help…

When I started this blog during the summer, the url was “I will be skinny before christmas” which has been my goal the entire time. Realizing that I’ve not lost any weight the last 2-3 months even though I’ve been dieting, and that I won’t be skinny before christmas, makes me really depressed. I’m so disgusted of myself, I had finally got a more healthy relationship with food but now I’m feeling like I’m back to square one. I’m on my “normal weight” but I don’t want to be normal, I want to be skinny. And I seriously don’t know what to do anymore. If I eat too much I’ll gain weight, if I don’t eat enough I’ll also gain weight and slow down my metabolism. What to do? It would be a lot easier if I just killed myself.
